FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: condenser battery power control plant is accommodated in the units of the distributing system which are fitted with said batteries and maintain the optimum values of input reaction power for characteristic daily conditions of active loads provided for the energetic system. The optimum value of input reaction power of the unit in absence of condenser batteries in some units of the distributing system, with account taken of reaction power losses in elements of said distributing system for characteristic daily cycles of active loads on the energetic system are determined by the method claimed in the invention.
