SUBSTANCE: device has branch pipe 1 for supplying deaerated liquid, housing 3 inside which the cavity of lowered pressure is formed and pipes 4 made of metal ceramics, placed in housing 3 and united by input 2 and output 6 collectors. Hydrophobic material 5 is disposed on the inner surface of pipes 4. Drain branch pipe 7 for drainage of the soaking through liquid and branch pipe 8 for the suction of gas separated through pipes 4 into the cavity of housing 3 are attached to housing 3.
