FIELD: chemical engineering and mining industry. SUBSTANCE: source material is fed to knee 8 of branch pipe for feeding the source material. The branch pipe has two knees unfolded one relative to another along the branch pipe axis in opposite direction. The partition of equidistant generatrix of the knee which is the second on the move of material travelling is mounted inside the branch pipe. Deflecting overhang 10 is mounted over branch pipe 6 at an angle to its axis. Under the action of centrifugal forces the material is concentrated nearer to exterior generatrix of the knee. At the input into second knee 7 the large-sized particles get into channel formed by partition 9 and interior generatrix of knee 7. At the output the large-sized particles are diverted by deflecting overhang 10 and, through the space between shell 5 and branch pipe 6, they fall out into housing 1 from where they are taken out through hole 4. The flow freed from large-sized particles goes to blades 14. The small-sized particles are taken out through branch pipe 3. The large-sized particles are taken out through hole 4.
