SUBSTANCE: wrapping machine has housing, drum and wheel rotating in synchronism, forming chambers with bending devices, several pairs of holddowns, conveyors for feeding blocks and wrapping material and discharging wrapped blocks, machine has also drive and control mechanism. Forming chambers with bending devices are installed on wheel; one of holddowns of each pair is arranged in corresponding forming chamber, and the other is secured on drum.
