FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: bearing central block and vertical functional blocks located on its sides form polygonal prism on external contour of the building. Central block is made in the form of thick walled reinforced concrete cylinder with control equipment and metering instruments placed inside. The remaining blocks are placed coaxially with central one , and their lateral walls are installed radially along axes passing from cylinder center to prism faces. Process equipment is located in these blocks. Foundation and cover are common for all the blocks and made in the form of a bowl to take leakage and wash solutions of chemical products and rainfall.
