FIELD: agriculture; watering devices. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical bedframe 1 with inlet and outlet holes. Fitted for movement in outlet hole 3 is spring-loaded valve 4. Device has also elastic cup 5 embracing the bedframe. The latter has in its middle portion inner partition 10 with hole 9. Ring 11 is installed on partition 10. Upper part of valve 4 is passed through hole 9 in partition 10 and is rigidly connected with ring 11. Middle part of valve is made in form of truncated cone for contact with hole 9 in partition 10.
