FIELD: civil engineering, mining. SUBSTANCE: method includes laying down hollow structures on prepared base and filling with embankment. Laid down structures are connected to tanks developed as rock is poured off along embankment height. A number of formed tanks increases stability of dump ground and increases its capacity. The tanks are made of reinforced concrete or metal and interconnected with hollow structures. Additional units of tanks are used to develop tanks along height.
