FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant has compressor, high-pressure steam generator, gass turbine, economizer, moisture separator, and gas expander connected in series in the gass loop. The plant is additionally provided with thermoelectric generator, heat electrodes of which are incorporated into the gass loop upstream of and downstream of the gas expander.
