FIELD: oil industry. SUBSTANCE: inner and outer pump-compression pipes are arranged concentrically to define inner and ring spaces. The submerged unit is positioned at the bottom parts of the spaces. The unit has motor cylinder and pump cylinder provided with the sucking valve. Two-step flowing plunger with the delivery valve is positioned inside the cylinders. The tank with driving fluid is in communication with the lines of withdrawing and delivering the driving fluid through power pump and dispenser, inner and ring spaces, and line for withdrawing the fluid to be extracted. The hydromechanical drive of the dispenser has two cylinders with spring-loaded slides, hydrocylinder with a piston and plunger with a slot. One of the cylinders and the hydraulic cylinder are opposite to each other. Their piston and slide are interconnected through a rod having a slot wherein a lever mechanism is received. The lever mechanism consists of two pivotally interconnected levers. One end of the levers is pivotally connected with the drive housing and passes through the plunger slot.
