FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: in adjusting the metering device, test starts of rotor are effected with calibrated weight mounted in plane of correction. Respective readings of meter 26 of magnitude of unbalance and phase register 28 are obtained through changing the gain factor of amplifier 2 being regulated and angular position of coordinate metering system. In case repeated adjustment of metering device is required, there is no need to perform test starts for the rotor of this standard size and required gain factor and angular position of coordinate metering system are set by means of amplification setting unit 3 and unit 6 for setting the code of angle, respectively. This highly enhanced balancing, especially at great range of rotors. EFFECT: enhanced balancing due to prompt readjustment of metering device to other standard size of rotor without test starts. 1 dwg
