Receiving part of device has code command receiver, receiving part of voice encoder, second switch. In addition transmitting part of device has local power supply bridge, which input is connected to phone line, third switch, which input serves as information input of digital circuit of device, first timer, first command generator, first adding unit, commutation gate, second unit for detection of commands. In addition receiving part of device has fifth switch, second command generator, second adding unit, first unit for detection of commands, fourth switch, which input is connected to output of digital circuit locking unit. In addition first output of fourth switch serves as output of device, which is connected to phone line, while second input is information output of digital circuit of device.
