Operation wound boundaries take multi-pannicular configuration, in which each panniculus base width is less than that of its distal part. The operation is done by means of a blade having undulating form. Incision length within the limits of a single repeated part of a wave (L, in mm) is along the general direction of incision line, where d is the longitudinal distance between the centers of opposite roundings, h is the transverse distance between the centers of opposite roundings, R is the rounding radius. EFFECT: retained trophic conditions in separated tissues; improved cosmetic effectiveness. 1 tbl
