FIELD: oil well operation. SUBSTANCE: mounted on frame is post with pulley, drive mechanism with crank, sucker rod string hanger, two wire ropes of which one is connected with hanger. Length of base circumference of pulley exceeds maximum travel of hanger. Pulley has two cutouts on end faces of cylindrical surface and is furnished with three trunnions. One trunnion is secured on cylindrical surface in centre of pulley and two others, on support flates of cutouts arranged below generating line of pulley cylindrical surface. One wire rope is connected with pulley by trunnions on cutouts and crank, and other wire rope is connected with pulley by means of trunnion on surface and hanger or with post hinge-secured on frame for engagement with frame. Additional post is mounted on frame and is intended to support pulley bearing post in transportation. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 2 cl, 6 dwg
