FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has bearing casing made in the form of a hook having surface for giving support to stomach, pits on the hook for bending clamps, clamp casing connected with the bearing casing, provided with mechanism for selecting stitch spacing and having removable cartridges, knife, bar and drive with movable handle 20. The device has surface for giving support to stomach disposed on the internal side of the hook which cross- section narrows towards inside. The pits for bending clamps are on the opposite sides of the hook working end. The knife has additional handle and the mechanism for selecting stitch spacing has spring-loaded driven lever and spring-loaded push-button lock 17. The drive additionally has two double-sided cams 11 and 13 engageable through internal surfaces with pusher 10 fixed on spring-loaded movable handle 20 and through the external surfaces with bar made of two rods 8 and 15 spring-loaded by spring 14.
