FIELD: gasses separation. SUBSTANCE: membrane apparatus has body linked with lid, in series mounted membrane members with hollow tightening bolts to remove permeate. Body has funnel, narrow part of which is connected with concentrate removing pipeline and is linked through flange with lower membrane member. Solution feeding pipeline communicates with cavity, that is formed between inner wall of body and outer surface of funnel. Guiding plates are mounted at an angle to axis of apparatus between butts of membrane members. In the case space between membrane members communicates with cavity, that is formed between inner wall of body and outer surface of funnel due to adjustable throttle device. As a version membrane apparatus is provided with stopping ring and made on body ring-type drilling, diameter of which is less than diameter of stopping ring, and solution feeding pipeline butt is made slant in place of its connection with body. EFFECT: increased reliability of membrane members operation and membrane apparatus maintains conditions. 4 cl, 3 dwg
