FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: in device for connecting sheets made of composite materials the mechanism for sheet broach is made as vertical gripper of fiber and weaving shuttle holders with spool located in shuttle. Vertical fiber gripper is fastened on one of horizontal beams and is made as bar with collet chuck jaws. The weaving shuttle holders are fixed on another horizontal beam. Vertical gripper is connected with drive by means of cam with gap. The cam has pusher secured on it and lenticular roll with holder set up in the cam gap. The holder is fastened on vertical gripper. The device has spring-loaded mechanism of fiber tension mounted on guideways and having limiter of its movement. Besides, the mechanism for fiber tension is made as housing, ratchet and pawl and prop for releasing the pawl of ratchet. Spool with fiber is set up in housing. The ratchet is hard-mounted with spool. The pawl is held in the position of ratchet fixation with the help of spring plate. The prop for releasing the ratchet pawl is mounted on guideways.
