FIELD: coating in electric field. SUBSTANCE: current conducting conveyer belt is under a high voltage. The working surface of the belt is provided with three conjugated sections connected in series. The first section is flat and turned by an angle with respect to the bottom of a hopper filled with particles to be applied. The second section is concave and cylinder in shape. The third section is flat and horizontal. The device is provided with a conducting diaphragm which does not allow the fibers to penetrate into the adhesive substrate over the part from the hopper to the site when the particles (fibers) penetrate into the adhesive base. The particles move to the substrate from the concave part of the conveyer. The diaphragm is grounded. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg
