FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has transducer 1, with electrodes (anode 2 and cathode 3) made from noble metals and insulated with oxygen-transparent membrane from the environment. The transducer is connected in series with measuring unit 4, power supply source unit 5 which output is connected to the transducer cathode. The device also has alternating voltage pulse generator 6 with controllable parameters. Its input is connected to power supply source unit and its output is connected to the transducer cathode.
