FIELD: transportation of loads. SUBSTANCE: vehicle body side lock has operating lever, connecting rod and operating lever locking device with cam and spring-loaded detent. End of rod connected with operating lever has support shoulder, and detent is made in form of plate. One end of plate is mounted on connecting rod and is spring-loaded relative to support shoulder. Cam is formed by radial projection on operating lever. Made on second end of plate is hole to accommodate indicated projection. Rod is made up of two members interconnected by screw joint. Mating surface of rod with plate and mounting hole in plate are non-round in plan. Plate is installed with clearance along its longitudinal axis. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of locking. 3 cl, 4 dwg
