FIELD: loading and unloading of collapsible mechanized bridges from vehicles and vehicles providing loading and unloading of bridges. SUBSTANCE: device has truck-tractor with fitted on winch and bunk, trailer coupled with truck-tractor by means of pole. Mounted on additional frame of trailer is additional bunk carrying detachable support post with guide sheave and reeved off winch wire rope with load gripping member on end. Device has also ramps, mechanisms of adjust bridge gauge within vehicle clearance gauge, each consisting of central fixed pipe rigidly secured by means of support plates on corresponding frames of truck-tractor and trailer, movable outer pipes located on ends of fixed pipe and installed for radially longitudinal displacement relative to fixed pipe by means of drive and for locking by means of screw lock mounted on each movable pipe and installed for engagement with through oval equidistant slots made on cylindrical surface of fixed pipe and vertical posts rigidly secured on end of each movable pipe; they have also guide rollers mounted in top portions of above-indicated vertical posts, removable cantilever limiting strips, each arranged square to indicated vertical post to fix bridge from vertical displacements. Drive providing displacement of each movable pipe relative to fixed pipe is made in form of screw pair. Screw is rigidly secured on end of each movable pipe, and nut is rigidly installed on corresponding end face of fixed pipe. Detachable support post is installed for fixing on support surface of additional bunk by means of flexible member. Winch is secured on rear part of truck-tractor frame, and wire rope is reeved off successively to provide loading of front end of bridge on bearing surface of additional bunk in deflecting sheaves arranged successively along longitudinal axis of truck-tractor frame and installed at angle relative to horizontal plane of frame by means of turnable brackets, central intake sheave, additional guide sheaves forming loop from wire rope strands whose end is secured on rear part of truck-tractor frame. When unloading the bridge from vehicle, part of wire rope is reeved off in sixth additional guide sheave secured on trailer frame. Support surface of additional bunk of trailer is essentially a roller bed mounted on movable pipes. Support surface of truck-tractor bunk is made in form of guides. Inclined support beams are located flush with rear part of truck-tractor frame; additional ramps are hinge-secured on truck-tractor frame, additional flexible tie-rods with gripping members are secured on sides of trailer frame rear portion. Cradle is made on pole to accommodate support post in travelling position. Method of loading comes to the following: bridge loading and unloading units and mechanisms secured on truck-tractor and trailer are prepared for operation, support post is fixed relative to trailer frame, front end of bridge is coupled with towing device, wire rope is reeved off in sheaves, loop is made from wire rope and is connected with towing device, then loop is lifted above support surface of additional bunk, end of wire rope is secured on rear part of truck-tractor frame, front end of bridge is placed on support surface of additional bunk, then wire rope is re-reeved support post is removed, wire rope loop is taken up, end of wire rope is connected directly with towing device to provide further movement of bridge along trailer axis, then bridge is fixed against longitudinal displacement before fixing the bridge from lateral displacements. Simultaneously with fixing the bridge from lateral displacement, gauge of bridge is secured to size of vehicle clearance gauge by means of bridge gauge control mechanism. Re-reeving of wire rope for unloading the bridge from vehicle comes to the following: part of wire rope is reeved off in additional guide sheave located on trailer frame, and end of wire rope is coupled with towing device. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 8 cl, 22 dwg
