FIELD: manufacture of polyurethane. SUBSTANCE: polyoxyalkylene polyols are prepared by copolymerization of cyclic ethers in the presence of polyol and catalyst comprising (wt %): 4-42 heteropolyacid; 5-50 aluminium phosphate; 1-25 graphite; 1-16 clay; up to 100 silicon oxide. Copolymerization is carried out in inert gas and/or nitrogen atmosphere. EFFECT: more efficient preparation process. 2 tbl
