FIELD: environmental control. SUBSTANCE: first antiseepage layer is formed, then specially prepared processed mass containing radioactive agents and radio nuclides and pipe-line are laid. Finally screening layer and layer of fertile soil are formed. While layer of mass is irradiated by elementary particles number of protons in it changes and as result radio nuclides with long half-decay transfer into radio nuclides with short half-decay which enables contaminated territories to be faster involved in economic turnover.
