FIELD: optical means. SUBSTANCE: device has annular holder provided with light-protecting shield mounted onto the holder for motion. Shield is made of flexible optically transparent material with changing level of absorption or reflection which belongs to 15-85% interval. The holder is put on user's head. Intensity of penetrating light radiation reduces smoothly or stepwise from lower to top edge of light-protecting shield and from side ends to central part of the shield simultaneously to point of crossing of central axes of vision of the used.
