FIELD: digital measurement technology; digital devices, data processing and measurement systems. SUBSTANCE: changer has comparison unit and selector switch. First and second data inputs of selector switch function as positive and negative reference voltage buses, respectively. Its input is connected to first integrator input. Integrator is built around first and second resistors whose first inputs are connected to first lead of capacitor and inverting input of operational amplifier. Noninverting input of integrator functions as zero-potential bus and its output is combined with second lead of capacitor and functions as integrator output. Integrator is connected to first input of comparison unit. Second leads of first and second resistors function, respectively, as first input of integrator and input bus; control input of selector switch is connected to comparison unit output. Novelty in changer is that second input of comparison unit is connected to selector switch output and its output functions as output bus. Comparison unit is built around operational amplifier and two resistors whose first leads function, respectively, as second and first inputs of unit and second leads are interconnecting and combined with inverting input of operational amplifier whose noninverting input functions as zero-potential bus and its output is unit output.
