FIELD: agricultural engineering seeding or distributing of fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: device has inlet pipeline 1, distributor 2 with outlet branch pipes 3 and flow guide 6 with grooves 7. Guide is made in form of cone whose surface is formed by rotation, around inlet pipeline and distributor, of generatrix in form of arc of circumference equal to π/2 of radian of inlet pipe radius. Center of radius of flow guide is on line of inner surface of distributor and at a distance from distributor cover equal to radius and depth of groove spaces. Diameter of flow guide base is equal to diameter of inlet pipeline. Flow guide is secured on distributor cover. Vertex of cone is lowered towards air flow transporting material to be dispensed.
