FIELD: apparatus for processes taking place in gas (vapor)/liquid system, chemical, oil-chemical and other industries related to processing effluents. SUBSTANCE: heat-mass-exchange apparatus includes vessel 1 with plates places along its height. The plate has plateau 2 perforated with round openings 3 and provided with contact members 4 and 5 in the form of bent up lugs, inlet partition 6 and dump partition 7. Openings 3 are placed in the central part of the plateau, and members 4 and 5 are placed along periphery of plateau 2 and bent aside from the center of plateau 2 in such a manner that bending line of members 5 are parallel to partitions 6 and 7, and bending lines of members 4 is perpendicular to apparatus radius and equidistant to the vessel.
