FIELD: water purification from petroleum products. SUBSTANCE: method for water purification from petroleum products is exercised by water filtration through filtering material, that is under action of lower frequency acoustic oscillations and vibrating submerged streams, by collection, concentration and removal of petroleum products fit for further utilization in apparatus, that has body with filtering members, receiving chamber, vibration exciter with piston and membrane, petroleum products collection and concentration chamber and mechanism for their removal. Petroleum products separation from water with following concentration allows to increase productivity and effectiveness of water purification and also to produce fit for utilization petroleum products.
