Circular opening and a slot are originated in facing panel and bearing member. Cylindrical fastening part is installed in circular opening of the facing panel. The beam is secured to walls of cylindrical fastening part. Options to make the device are provided. Method for fastening facing panel to bearing member, preferentially to repair building facade, includes drilling openings through facing panel up to bearing member, installation fastening member into the opening and securing it. Circular opening and a slot are drilled prior to drilling opening in the facing panel and bearing member. Cylindrical fastening part with the beam secured to the part is installed into the circular opening. The beam has opening to pass fastening member. Cylindrical fastening part is installed into the circular opening and the slot. Fastening member passes through opening in the beam.
