FIELD: medicine, dermatology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of peptide fraction at molecular mass 8-2 kDa isolated from cranial segment of chicken embryo (at 9-9.5 days of incubation) as medicinal agent. Fraction is mixed with glycerol at the volume ratio 1:1 and applied by drops on the psoriatic rash, at mild grinding followed by absorption for 10 min. Proposed method provides more rapid, complete and prolonged remission (at 10-12-th day after agent application) as compared with the known methods of psoriasis treatment. EFFECT: improved method of psoriasis treatment, enhanced effectiveness at external use.
