FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: lysozyme is known as antibacterial agent increasing nonspecific organism resistance but it did not use as erythropoiesis stimulator. It was shown that lysozyme is an effective agent stimulating erythropoiesis and acts at the level of proliferation and differentiation of stem hemogenic cell. Lysozyme is a natural metabolite in living organism and can be used in experimental and clinical medicine since it does not exhibit the negative by-side action.
