FIELD: helicopter power plants for control of flying vehicle through change of collective and cyclic pitches of helicopter rotor. SUBSTANCE: helicopter power plant has helicopter rotor with blades articulated in shaft hubs provided with guides for change of angle of attack, wobble plate with outer ring connected with shaft and inner fixed ring; small engine for change of collective pitch; this engine and fixed ring are connected with control unit; power plant is also provided with gyroscopic stabilizer filled with blades secured on radial rods and connected with guides of blades; gyroscopic stabilizer is arranged under helicopter rotor and is connected with end of shaft by means of universal joint; blade rods are mounted rotatably and are provided with guides connected with outer ring of wobble plate by means of articulated rods; mounted on guides of blades are double-arm quadrants; one arm of quadrant is connected with gyroscopic stabilizer by means of articulated rod and other arm is connected with collective pitch change engine. Weights may be secured on stabilizer for change of moment of inertia of stabilizer. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 3 dwg
