SUBSTANCE: channel is formed by section of pipe with two equal-radius arcs of circumference directly changing one into the other. Channel for sliver and/or coating of rotating plate on its lower side are made of high quality steel. Arcs of circumference are arranged in planes tilted at angle of 130 degrees, and angle of material laying is equal to 15 degrees. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 3 dwg
