FIELD: electric heating devices. SUBSTANCE: device has temperature-sensitive resistor 1, transistors 3 and 7, which have opposite conductance. Reference stabilizing diode 4 is connected in series to emitter-base junction. In addition device has additional temperature feedback 11 to temperature-sensitive resistor 1, and emergency protection circuit which has two transistors 12 and 13 connected in thyristor circuit. To increase security against fire, emergency protection unit switches device off when emergency mode is detected. EFFECT: increased stability of temperature, increased reliability, simplified design. 2 cl, 2 dwg
