SUBSTANCE: lengthwise members of skeleton 1, 2 are provided with cantilevers 7 installed in discrete way on leading side and are rigidly connected to the cantilevers in their upper part of the cross section. Lining 4 additionally has stopping device 5 placed along its lengthwise axes inside the structure. In so doing stopping device 5 is rigidly connected to lining 4 and hinged to cantilever 7 through tensioning members 6.
