SUBSTANCE: electric connecting device includes metallic rod 2, sleeve 5, mounted concentrically with portion 4 of rod 2, extended outside the hearth, means for cooling sleeve 5 by cooling liquid having at least one collector 18, 19 with jets 20 for supplying cooling liquid onto outer wall of sleeve 5.
