SUBSTANCE: machine has frame, pair of juxtaposed spring-loaded conveying drive rolls, cutter positioned between pair of rolls, shoe part piece-by-piece feeding conveyor and slide bar. Machine is further provided with pair of discharge rolls positioned behind cutter edge. Upper discharge roll is kinematically connected with upper conveying roll and lower discharge roll serves as support. Table with slot is positioned above cutter. Lower supporting roll is positioned in table slot. Cutter is formed as annular disk with outer one-side sharpening. Disk is mounted for rotation by toothed gear of gear transmission, which is kinematically connected with drive.
