FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the ionic epicutaneous stimulator has an active high-voltage and a passive electrodes, connected to a power source, as well as an element of porous dielectric material positioned against the active electrode and featured by the fact that, with the aim of stabilization of the ion flux and provision of electric safety, the source is mate with stabilization of load current, and at least one system of counterelectrodes is additionally introduced, whose corona-forming electrode is connected to the active electrode, and the receiving electrode is connected to the passive electrode. The ionic epicutaneous stimulator is also featured by the fact that, with the aim of enhancing the effectiveness at action on the integument due to forming of an ion flux variable in amplitude and frequency, the additional system of counter-electrodes is made for periodic variation of the interelectrode gap by means of an electromechanical drive. The ionic epicutaneous stimulator is also featured by the fact that the additional system of counter-electrodes is made for periodic variation of the corona-forming surface of the electrode with the aid of the electromechanical drive. The ionic epicutaneous stimulator is also featured by the fact that the electrode of the additional system of counter-electrodes is covered by a porous dielectric element, and the porous dielectric element positioned against the active electrode is coated by a layer of current-conducting material on the side of the electrode. The porous dielectric element is impregnated with medicinal substance. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness. 6 cl, 3 dwg
