FIELD: mechanical engineering, rolling. SUBSTANCE: roller fittings incorporates two roller holders with rollers, each resting against immobile axle fixed in fork of roller holder via plain bearing made in the form of bushing embracing axle. Guaranteed clearance is provided between outer surface of bushing and inner friction surface of roller which includes means to feed lubricant. Novelty of proposed roller fittings consists in that bearing bushing of roller is also put on axle with guaranteed clearance forming second friction surface. In this case relation of outer Δ1 and inner Δ2 radial clearances on friction surfaces of bushing amounts to , where D and d are diameters correspondingly of outer and inner surfaces of bushing. Besides, bearing bushing of roller is made of two parts mounted on both sides of collar made in inner surface of roller. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability. 2 dwg
