SUBSTANCE: device has frame, drive pneumatic cylinder 1 of housing 2 and stop 9 for engagement with drive pneumatic cylinder 10 communicating with drive cylinder 1 of housing 2. It has also mounting frame 13 installed for angular turning relative to suspension axle common with frame 12 and kinematically coupled with drive pneumatic cylinder 10 of stop 9. Device has group drive system providing opening of sand hopper covers. System has electromagnetic valve with position limit switches. Each cover has stop spring and opening mechanism.
