Abstract RU 2064583 C1

FIELD: mining, specifically, support of horizontal working in construction of underground structures under effect of aggressive conditions. SUBSTANCE: mine working includes glass/plastic beam, props with thickened ends, yielding units placed under these props and pairs of upper and lower wedges installed under yielding units. Beam thicker parts are provided with lateral rest- ledges for prop thicker parts. Wedge pairs are joined along connection plane inclined to one lateral side of the support and secured using wedge members. Lower portions of beam thicker parts and butts of prop thicker parts are coupled along cylindrical surface so as to be turned around towards lateral sides of the support. Slope of wedge pair connection plane is equal to or more than slope of plane tangential to the coupling surface between beam thicker part and prop in extremely top support point of the props to allow this turning around. This provides reliable dismantling of the interconnected beam, props and yielding units as well as reliable initial pushing apart of the support due to the lack of slots, and respectively, material integrity in beam thicker parts. Yielding units include slot-free central wedges covered by adjacent replaceable thin-walled rings verified against damaging load. EFFECT: facilitated dismantling of yielding units, and assured support yielding under constant critical load, as well as reliable initial pushing apart. 5 dwg
