FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has housing as well as flexible arrester and members mounted inside the housing. One ends of the flexible members are secured to the inner side of the housing. The other ends are used for connecting them with an object. The housing is provided with opposite, coaxial openings. The device has stops, one end of which are positioned on an object from the side of the flexible members and the others from the opposite side, pistons, and additional flexible members. The pistons are received in the openings. The flexible arrester is made up as two rods, one ends of which are pivotally interconnected and the others are pivotally coupled with the pistons. In addition, the device can be provided with adjusting screws received in each opening to press the flexible members. The rods can be made up as a flat spring.
