FIELD: oil and gas production. SUBSTANCE: body is stepwise and has openings in lower big step and pins put in those. Rod and piston are movable inside the body. The rod has axial passage and groove. Top of axial passage is overlapped with a plate. The plate is pressed down by a nut. Two-step adopter-coupling is provided with a valve, cartridge and a system of levers. Middle levers are connected to the cartridge. End levers are connected to tip. The device is provided also with a ring with diametral openings that is installed on lower step of adaptor-coupling and splint pin, and cylindrical springs. Connecting unit is made in the form of threaded head provided with bead to interact with collet chuck installed in upper part of the body. The head is replaceable and is made in two options. One option has a needle and bead of higher diameter to provide catching in expanded position of the collet chuck. When well fluid enters under-piston cavity gland is squeezed to overlap internal space and release the head. Then metering instrument is lowered using head and needle. Once the plate has been punched by the needle the gland returned to initial position and the instrument comes down to pipe string. The first descent is carried out using a wire, the second is carried out using the cable. EFFECT: higher reliability and durability of the device. 4 dwg
