The feeding channel communicates with the input channel and the output channels are connected with jet member control channel. The oscillation generator feeding channel area is less than that of the jet member feeding channel. At least one output channel of the oscillation generator is connected with the jet member control channel which feeding channel is inclined towards the control channel.
