FIELD: preparation of dust-laden gases for cleaning in cyclones and filters. SUBSTANCE: device has pair of vortex chambers 1 and 2. End walls 3 of vortex chamber 2 are inclined. Inlet branch pipe 5 is connected to chamber symmetrically relative to their jointing plane between upper and lower end walls. Outlet branch pipe 7 is located under inlet branch pipe 5; both branch pipes have common wall. Mouth of branch pipe 7 is mounted opposite engageable edges of vortex chambers.
