FIELD: medicine; surgical treatment of patients with closed purulent cavities. SUBSTANCE: device has internal drainage tube which is smoothly enlarged towards its end and pass through fitting of greater diameter connector, arranged in horizontal direction; then drainage tube pass through elastic sealing cuff, one end of which is put on connector, as well as through sleeve of external electrically operated valve; herewith connector base is connected to fitting by means of sealed socket, and liquid feeding system is connected to hollow needle-shape electrode of reservoir lid and pass through peristaltic pump, which as well as electrically operated valve, has electrical connection with auxiliary outputs of control unit. EFFECT: improved efficiency due to uniform and dosing washing procedure of purulent cavity regions difficult of access. 2 dwg
