SUBSTANCE: in horizontally installed cylindrical body 1, beater plate is made in the form of multiple horizontal strips 2 mounted on inner wall of body with end face pointed towards direction of rotation. Mounted on bottom over periphery at clearance as to wall are replaceable baffles 13 of triangle shape. Rotor carries two coaxial disks with radial blades 6 forming taper-shape surfaces during rotation. Ends of blades protrude beyond disks and have knives. Lower disk has central opening. Bottom has central hole and is provided with shoulder 12 for forcing product into underneath coaxial peripheral and central bins. Central bin is provided with funnel. Hole is made in chamber inner wall together with bin and pipe connection for collecting incompletely ground material. EFFECT: high efficiency. 6 cl, 2 dwg
