FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: device for control of drilling process has transducers of axial force, hole depth and vibration; setters of axial force, hole depth and vibration; comparison units; units for computing rotation speed in drilling and collaring with respective setters; unit for formation of rotation speed; drilling completion unit; depth counter. The device is additionally furnished with auxiliary depth counter and the second comparison unit with setter of levelling height, unit of depth counting permit and logic circuits OR, AND and NAND. At the moment of touching the surface of rock block by the drill bit, active level appears at one of inputs of OR circuit which engages the unit for permit of depth counting. Signal from the unit for permit of depth counting allows passage of signals of hole depth transducer to input of depth counter and inhibits the counter operation. In course of execution of collaring operation and drilling operation, calculation of the value of reduction of rotation speed of drill string depending on vertical vibration of drill string. Upon attaining of drilling depth equalling that preset by the setter of the design depth of hole, drilling completion command is formed with forced reset of the depth counter.
