FIELD: manufacture of compressors. SUBSTANCE: compressor has flexible diaphragm pinched in housing; this diaphragm forms working chamber of compressor together with its cover. Compressor is also provided with electromagnetic vibrator and suction and delivery valves which are mounted on compressor cover. Armature of vibrator is rigidly connected with disk having from of inner surface of compressor cover and with central portion of flexible diaphragm. Movable parts of suction and delivery valves perform the function of dynamic dampers of housing vibrations; they are made in form of spring-loaded masses vibrating in antiphase relative to armature.
