FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: assembly of disks 2 with teeth is freely mounted on hub 1 concentrically to its axis. The assembly is a split gear wheel. The hub is provided with flange 3 provided with openings uniformly arranged over periphery. The ends of torsion rods 4 are clamped in the openings. The other ends of the torsion ends are freely mounted in respective openings 6 of disk 2 by way of prismatic journals 5. Openings are provided in disks 2 for passing rods through the disks. The assembly of disks 2 is locked against longitudinal shifting by way of pins 8. Torsion rods 4 is mounted so that the shape memory effect twists rods 4 that lead to various disks 2 in various directions. After setting the gear wheel on its place and time dely, the shape memory effect rotates disks 2 in opposite directions. In so doing, disks 2 are somewhat displaced in prismatic joints. The axles of torsion rods 4 is curved due to a complex stress state of rods 4. The side space in the engagement is eliminated. The working profile of some disks 2 is left profile and the working profile of the others is right profile. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. cl, dwg
