FIELD: navigation. SUBSTANCE: device has antenna 1, receiver 2, master oscillator 3, preliminary processing units in each channel. Each of said units has frequency-code correlator 4, multiple-function random number generator 3, integrators unit 6 and unit 7 which measures relative distance and velocity. In addition device has interface unit 8, two units 9 and 10 which match levels of signals from communication line, navigation problem solving unit 11, working constellation selection unit 12, two memory units 13, 18, two read-only memory units 14, 19, one re-writing read-only memory unit 15, navigation characteristics input/output unit 16, timer 17 and indicator 20. EFFECT: device receives and processes signals from two satellite navigation systems of "Glonass" or "Navstar" types. 2 cl, 14 dwg
